Job purpose:

Who you are:

  • 10-12+ years' experience working on multiple software and product development projects
  • Maintain the project budget.
  • Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Project governance and maintain project KPIs
  • Work closely with the project team in completing projects
  • Identifies and communicates the need for resources within tasks or assigned areas of responsibility in order to meet business timing requirements
  • Effectively work on multiple, parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Guide, recommend and lead the development team through the project
  • Experience developing and administering complex project plans
  • Agile and waterfall project management experience
  • Prior experience in Software Development(Java/.Net) mandatory
  • Strong analytical, inter-personal and communication skills
  • Minimum 4+ Years of experience as Project Manager
  • Good to have HRTech Experience
