Insight Global's client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead their web development team and drive the successful execution of web projects. Our client is a US based boutique web agency, specializing in creating high end websites and web applications seamlessly blending creativity and technology.

This individual will play a pivotal role in project management, team leadership, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Technical Project Manager will report and work closely with the Head of Project Delivery, designers, developers, and SEO teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in leading web development projects for a high-end web agency.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:


• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects from inception

to completion.


• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.


• Create project timelines, allocate resources, and manage project budgets.


• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.


•​ Identify and manage project risks and issues.

Team Leadership:


•Manage and mentor a team of web developers, including front-end and back-end

developers.


•Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.


•Set team goals and monitor progress.


•Facilitate regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback.


•​Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.

Quality Assurance:


•Implement and maintain quality control processes for web development projects.


•Review and approve code to ensure it meets quality standards.


•Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and fix bugs and issues.


•​Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Client Engagement:


•Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
