Manager Strategy Corporate Development

Job Role:


As part of the Corporate Development team, support in the execution of the following key areas of responsibilities :

  • Support team in Business planning and performance management of the organization, including managing various data/information requests for the management team and management committee of the organization
  • Industry benchmarking
  • Sales Planning & relevant MIS reports
  • Data mining and business intelligence
  • Support team in implementation of Business Strategy, Business Planning & Analysis
  • Track & Monitor the progress of AMC by preparing periodic reports and strategy reviews
  • Management Reporting which includes providing inputs for the Board of Directors
  • Planning and executing projects for the organization as and when required


Essential Skills:


Knowledge & Skills required are as follows –

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Detailed understanding of Data Analytics and exposure to Python, R, Tableau, etc. would be desirable
  • Knowledge about market research, business plan creation and presentations skills
  • Ability to collaborate across levels and functions
  • Fluent written and oral communication with good command over English
  • Ability to Understand Financial services businesses


Academics:


Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance field or equivalent


Prior Experience:


Prior experience in Corporate Planning/ Strategy departments of an asset management industry / company or financial services business or a consulting background will be preferred.
