The lab has helped countless patients access high-quality healthcare, earning a distinguished reputation in medical diagnostics.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Marketing Professional to join our fast-expanding pathology lab, Maurya Labs, in Bihar. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will engage in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, establishing and maintaining customer relations, and driving sales growth for the organization. You will also manage customer inquiries and feedback to enhance overall customer experience and contribute to business development objectives. We currently have labs at Purnia, Katihar, Araria, Madhepura, Bhawanipur and Forbesganj. Very soon we will be starting our Labs at Bhagalpur, Begusarai, Siliguri and Patna. We are looking for Territory Managers ( Handling 2-3 Branches) and Marketing Executives. QualificationsStrong skills in Communication and Customer ServiceProficiency in Market Research and understanding market dynamicsExperience in Sales and developing effective Marketing StrategiesAbility to build client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teamsProven ability to meet targets and deliver measurable resultsSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in BiharBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Application or a related fieldPrevious experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is an advantage
