**About the Role**:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate **Nephrologist** to join our healthcare team.
You'll play a critical role in caring for patients with **kidney-related diseases** ranging from early-stage conditions to advanced renal failure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and manage **acute and chronic kidney diseases** in **OPD, IPD, and emergency settings**
- Supervise and perform **hemodialysis**, **peritoneal dialysis**, and **renal biopsies**
- Provide **pre
- and post-transplant care**, including **immunosuppressive therapy** and transplant patient counselling
- Interpret lab findings, imaging, and pathology related to **renal structure and function**
- Manage **electrolyte imbalances**, **acid-base disorders**, and dialysis-related complications
- Set up and oversee **dialysis units**, ensuring safe and efficient operations
- Train **medical and paramedical staff** in **kidney disease** management and dialysis protocols
- Educate patients and families on **disease progression**, treatment options, and **lifestyle support**

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **renal anatomy, physiology, and kidney disease pathology**
- Proficient in **dialysis management**, including emergency dialysis and long-term care
- Skilled in **renal biopsies**, **transplant immunology**, and **immunosuppressive medications**
- Confident in handling high-risk patients and delivering multidisciplinary care
- Patient-focused communication and collaborative approach to care

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS + MD (General Medicine) + DM / DNB **(Nephrology)**
- MCI/State Medical Council registration
- At least **3+ years**of experience in medical domain.
- ACLS certification is a plus
