MUST HAVE:

  • Manage Licenses: - Pro, Premium Per User, Premium per capacity, Manage users, View audit logs, View refresh summary, View usage metrics, View workspace info.
  • Configure Admin Settings, Tenant settings, Admin API settings, Dashboard, Dataflow settings, Dataset Security settings, Developer settings, Discovery settings, Workspace settings, Power BI visuals settings, Q&A settings, Export and sharing settings.
  • Power BI Data Gateway installation & configuration, Add Gateway data source.
  • Backup of Datasets, Reports, Dashboards from Power BI Portal.
  • Import data in Power BI Desktop.
  • Installation of Report server and configuration.
  • Configure the Deployment Pipeline and settings.
  • Manage billing, purchase of licenses. Create Users & Groups.
  • Power BI Desktop Setup, Power Query, Importing Data, Data Types, replacing values, Merge column, Remove column, Filters and other functions.
  • Setting up Power BI Apps & adding audiences in Apps
  • Track service health, Find users that have signed in, Track user activities.
  • Monitor & Manage Power BI services, Configure Azure connections, Manage capacity settings.
  • Configure Workspaces for DEV, QA & Prod environment, managing users & security group.

GOOD TO HAVE:


  • Administration Roles in Microsoft 365.
  • Create the Users/email id in office 365.
  • Manage the Power BI Desktop.
  • Implement Row level security on reports & Dashboards.
  • Building reports, Data Visualization reports.
  • Schedule Refresh data in Power BI Portal, connecting to data sources.
  • Setting up the Email Subscriptions.
