Job Description:-
Role Overview:
As a Senior Engineer in the AdTech domain, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance software solutions that power our ad-serving platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and frontend developers, to deliver features that drive revenue and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Develop, test, and deploy software solutions for our AdTech platforms, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Integration: Work with APIs and other third-party services to integrate various AdTech solutions, including DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AdTech or related domains.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, scala and spark.
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Experience with web technologies like RESTful APIs, HTTP, and JSON.
Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching solutions (e.g., Redis).
Understanding of real-time processing systems (e.g., Apache Kafka, Spark).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of User signal to helping advertisers and platforms deliver more targeted and relevant ads to users
Experience in optimising ad delivery for performance and scalability.
Knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and personalisation techniques.
