Looking for a Social Media Specialist to amp up our SM strategy. We have been appreciated for our content, and research. We want to bring in the right Social Media expert who can help us reach our audience.


Requirements:


  • 2-4 years of experience managing, driving engagement on key social media channels - Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn & Twitter for a B2C Brand.
  • Good understanding of visual design. know your way around Canva and simple video-editing apps.
  • Fair understanding of how social media algorithms work.
  • Analytics, numbers (outcome) focused.
  • Past experience in creative writing and simple video editing will be an added advantage.
  • Immediate joining would be preferred.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan - A channel-wise, content-led, organic distribution strategy to drive engagement, subscribers and growth for Beshak.
  • Collaborate - With internal and external teams to lead, execute, and maintain the content publishing calendar.
  • Be the go-to social media person within Beshak - You will be the brain, eyes, ears, hands ,and legs of Beshak’s Social Media strategy.
  • Catching and leveraging trends - Know pop-culture references, and catch trends on the fly.
  • Build a community - observe, respond, engage with our target audience on Social Media, including micro-influencers.
  • Be number focused - Should have a keen eye to drive outcomes.
