Our focus is on using the freshest, natural ingredients to make high-quality, all-natural ice cream and sorbet. We believe in creating a product experience that emphasizes quality, value, service, and fun. Our stores are located in Chennai, Bengaluru, and soon Hyderabad.


Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Digital Media Manager with expertise in Instagram, video creation, photography, and video editing to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about digital media, have a keen eye for visual storytelling, and can create engaging content that drives results, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy to increase our brand presence and engagement on Instagram and other digital media platforms.
  • Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos and photographs for social media posts, stories, and reels.
  • Manage and grow our Instagram account, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital media content with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Coordinate and conduct photoshoots and video shoots, including scouting locations, managing equipment, and directing talent.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media platforms.
  • Engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and build partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Instagram, video creation, photography, and video editing.
  • Proficient in digital media management tools, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Excellent understanding of digital media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital media trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
