Job Role: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of E-Commerce site setup and configuration requirements using commercetools
Gather and document business requirements for custom E-Commerce app and theme development
Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform project decisions
Create detailed documentation and reports on project progress and outcomes
Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of E-Commerce platforms, such as Commercetools, SFCC, Oracle ATG or Hybris and understanding of its capabilities
Understanding of MACH architecture principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless)
Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively
Experience translating business needs into technical specifications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
Competency in using tools for market research and competitive analysis
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Understanding of E-Commerce app development, theming customization, and 3rd party integrations, E-Commerce APIs and utilizing both Frontend and Backend APIs
Highly Desirable Skills:
Exposure to SaaS / PaaS - Enterprise B2B software, ERP, and CRM platforms
Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience working with diverse clients and people to serve a global user base, especially with internationalization and localization
