Key Responsibilities:

1. Visionary Leadership:

· Develop and articulate a bold, forward-thinking technology vision that positions Linnk Innovations as a leader in the staffing industry.

· Translate ambitious concepts into actionable strategies and scalable solutions that harness the power of automation and integrated AI.

· Foster a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and accountability across the organisation.


2. Technology Strategy & Architecture:

· Design and implement a scalable, modular, and secure technology architecture that supports SaaS models and future subscription-based offerings.

· Lead the integration of advanced technologies, including AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents, to create intelligent systems that automate routine tasks and drive efficiency.

· Ensure architectural decisions align with long-term business goals, providing flexibility for growth and market adaptability.


3. Product Development:

· Lead the end-to-end development of a cutting-edge platform, from concept and design to delivery and iteration.

· Oversee the development of functionalities that integrate CRM, ERP, ATS, communication tools, and automation capabilities into a seamless user experience.

· Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to ensure Linnk’s platform leverages the latest advancements in automation and AI.


4. Building High-Performing Teams:

· Attract, recruit, and retain top-tier engineering and technical talent, building a team capable of delivering world-class solutions.

· Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and technical excellence.

· Empower teams to take ownership of their work, driving accountability and high-quality outcomes.


5. Automation & Productivity Enhancement:

· Focus on delivering integrated AI capabilities that automate complex workflows and improve operational efficiency.

· Drive the development of features that simplify decision-making processes, provide actionable insights, and reduce manual intervention.

· Ensure that the platform’s automation capabilities translate directly into measurable productivity gains for users.


6. Operational Excellence:

· Implement best practices for software development, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

· Ensure the platform’s performance, reliability, and security exceed industry standards.

· Establish robust metrics to monitor and optimise system performance, enabling continuous improvement.


7. Stakeholder Engagement:

· Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

· Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

· Represent Linnk Innovations as a thought leader, engaging with customers, partners, and investors to showcase technological capabilities.


8. Commercial Impact:

· Drive the transition to a subscription-based SaaS model, optimising product features for revenue growth and user adoption.

· Identify opportunities to monetise automation technologies, ensuring maximum ROI for the organisation.

· Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.


Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

· Extensive experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

· Proven success in building and scaling SaaS platforms, with expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.

· Strong technical background in software architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud technologies.

· Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, ATS, and communication systems, with a focus on advanced integrations.

· Deep knowledge of modern development practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.


Leadership Skills:

· A visionary leader with a track record of inspiring and managing high-performing teams.

· Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.


Entrepreneurial Spirit:

Industry Knowledge:

· A commitment to leveraging technology to deliver measurable business outcomes and customer value.


Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.

· Prior experience in start-ups or entrepreneurial environments is highly desirable
