Responsibilities:

  • Scriptwriting and Directing AD films, looking for candidates who have worked with brands only.
  • Develop compelling and creative scripts for various advertising campaigns, including TV commercials, online videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Direct ad films, ensuring that the vision and messaging are effectively translated onto the screen.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to bring scripts to life visually, working closely with cinematographers, editors, and other production professionals.
  • Lead and inspire a team of writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support in the development of creative content.
  • Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final production, ensuring high-quality and impactful work.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative creative environment within the team.
  • Work closely with clients and account managers to gather insights and information to inform the development of creative concepts.
  • Present and explain creative ideas to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' brands, products, and target audiences.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
  • CTC: 8 to 12L per/annum


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field will be preferred (or writing & direction)
  • Proven experience as a Director/Writer in an advertising agency or similar setting for 5+ years.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of creative work, particularly in scriptwriting and directing.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into compelling and effective messaging.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with current industry trends and pop culture references
