Key Responsibilities: 

∙Develop engaging, high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TIKTOK, Snapchat 

tailored to each platform’s audience. 

∙Craft content in a storytelling format to effectively communicate the brand's values, offerings, and 

campaigns. 

∙Create eye-catching visuals, videos, and graphics in collaboration with the design team. 

∙Manage and maintain business accounts on social media platforms by posting stories, updates, and 

posts regularly to drive engagement and build a community. 

∙Schedule and publish content using social media management tools. 

∙Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive lead 

generation. 

∙Identify and implement best practices for content creation, posting schedules, and engagement 

tactics. 

∙Analyze trends and incorporate innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. 

∙Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media platforms to generate leads. 

∙Build meaningful connections with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries 

promptly. 

∙Encourage user-generated content and foster a strong sense of community. 

∙Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions. 

∙Provide regular reports on social media such as engagement, reach and conversions. 

∙Have in-depth knowledge about paid social media campaigns with objective of campaign 

implementation. 


Qualifications: 

∙Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role. 

∙Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TIKTOK, Snapchat) 

and their respective algorithms. 

∙Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, or other design platforms. 

∙Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). 

∙Experience in creating content with a storytelling approach. 

∙Strong copywriting skills with a knack for compelling captions and posts. 

∙Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 

∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

∙Basic knowledge of lead generation strategies and paid social media campaigns is a plus. 

∙Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, digital media or a related field. 

∙Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on video marketing. 

∙Strong proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social media 

management tools. 

∙Experience with video editing software and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). 

∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills and editing skills to create compelling and error-

free content. 

∙Ability to manage multiple tasks and social media accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistency and 

 timely delivery of posts.
