POSITION SUMMARY: As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, selling character licenses to suitable clients and maintaining commercial relationships within allocated categories. To increase profit margins and contribute towards the growth of the company.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Identify potential prospects and turn into character licensing business opportunity.

o Approach new clients and pitch the business idea of character licensing which in turn increase their sales.

o Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. o Responsible to exceed revenue targets through content sales.

o Approach the top management/ decision makers within the client organization to reach towards the closure of the deal.

o Work with internal creative team and present new style guides to enhance existing relationships.

o Take active part in the license product launches, promotions and distribution.

o Clarify client queries on agreements and work through differences to a positive conclusion.

o Collaborate with Finance and Legal team on drafting agreements as agreed with client.


SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Submit accurate weekly progress reports to the manager.

o Follow up with the clients on promotions, new product launches.

o Maintain good relationship with the business partner.

o Follow up on the timely payments from the client.
