We are seeking a skilled and experienced Yield Ops (Media Network) to drive

success for our clients by optimizing monetization strategies and fostering strong

advertiser relationships. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in

leading AdT ech companies such as InMobi, PubMatic, or similar organizations, who

bring deep expertise in SDK integration, programmatic advertising, and revenue

optimization.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and account

management skills. Y ou will be instrumental in identifying monetization opportunities,

crafting advertiser proposals, and maximizing revenue across our clients’ digital

ecosystems.

● Analyzing digital platforms for optimal ad placements and

recommending strategies to improve ad performance and user

experience.

● Developing proposals for advertisers, focusing on community access,

PG/PMP deals, and programmatic demand.

● Monitoring monetization data, suggesting improvements, and

partnering with DSPs and other stakeholders to maximize revenue.

● Acting as a post-sales contact, working closely with the Customer

Success team to create solutions that meet client goals.

● Staying updated on industry trends, ensuring clients leverage the latest

strategies, and providing feedback for product enhancements.

● Have a strong background in SDK integration and technical support

● Possess excellent analytical skills to optimize digital strategies.

● Have experience in crafting advertiser proposals and a deep

understanding of programmatic advertising.

● Demonstrate proficiency in revenue optimization techniques and

collaboration with demand-side platforms.

● Excel in customer service with proven post-sales support experience.

● Keep abreast of industry trends and can offer insightful product

feedback.

● Hands-on experience with ad mediation platforms, analytics tools, and

advertising networks.

● A deep understanding of digital storytelling and advertiser engagement

strategies.

● Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.


Educational Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or

related fields (or equivalent practical experience).

● 3–5 years of experience in the AdT ech industry, preferably with

companies like InMobi, PubMatic, Google Ad Manager, or similar

organizations.

● Strong expertise in SDK integration, programmatic advertising, and

demand-side partnerships.

● Proven experience with PG, PMP , and Open Marketplace deals, as well

as managing programmatic demand relationships.

● Excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and craft

actionable monetization strategies.

● Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with

the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
