Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to help the company make informed business decisions. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather market insights, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Design and execute surveys, questionnaires, and interviews to collect primary data.
  • Use statistical tools and software to analyze and interpret data.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in market research.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in market research or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and data integrity.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a specific software industry a plus.
