Job Summary:

The PMS Operations manager is responsible for the smooth functioning of the PMS (Portfolio Management Services) department. They are responsible for the operational aspects of PMS, including account opening, account maintenance, order placement, execution, reconciliation, and reporting. They work closely with the PMS team, the sales team, and the back-office team to ensure that all aspects of PMS operations are functioning smoothly


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the daily operational activities of PMS, which includes account opening, maintenance, order placement, execution, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Ensure that all PMS transactions are executed as per the client's instructions and the trading guidelines of the company
  • Monitor the portfolio performance and provide regular feedback to the PMS team and the clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the clients are properly informed about PMS products and services.
  • Maintain an accurate database of all PMS accounts and transactions.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on PMS transactions and portfolio performance.
  • Comply with KYC SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the investment industry; provide regular updates to the clients as and when required
  • Continuously monitor and improve the processes and systems related to PMS operations.
