Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Bartender located in North Goa. The Lead Bartender will be responsible for crafting cocktails, managing bar operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, handling cash transactions, and overseeing beverage inventory. Additional responsibilities include supervising bar staff and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Qualifications Proficient in Bartending and Food & Beverage skillsStrong Customer Service and Communication skillsExperience in Cash HandlingAbility to lead and manage a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsPrevious experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysRelevant certifications in bartending or hospitality management are a plus
