We are looking for a midlevel ServiceNow Developer IC3 who is highly experienced in Software Asset Management SAM and skilled at implementingconfiguring components required to derive compliance and optimization for numerous Publishers Products SaaS and OnPrem Softwares This is a handson development role requiring strong ServiceNow platform expertise coding skills critical thinking and problemsolving ability Candidate will design configure and maintain SAM solutions that optimize license compliance governance and SaaS visibility The candidate will also be required to analyse new features skip log analysis etc that are released for SAM during family upgrades Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Developmento Expertise awareness of all and key basic platform featureso Configure extend and customize ServiceNow SAM applicationso Implement automation using Flow Designer IntegrationHub and scriptingo Build and maintain integrations with thirdparty SaaS platforms eg Microsoft 365 Salesforce Adobe AWSo Ensure scalable maintainable code with proper documentation and best practiceso Ability to write Unit Test Cases using ATF SaaS Integrationso Deliver endtoend integrations requirements design development testing deploymento Develop integrations using REST SOAP JSON XML and MID Servero Monitor troubleshoot and optimize integration performance Software Asset Management SAMo Support license tracking compliance and optimization initiativeso Configure discovery normalization reconciliation and license models in ServiceNowo Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to ensure complete asset visibility Collaboration Supporto Partner with Vendors stakeholders to review clarify requirementso Partner with senior developers architects and business analysts to translate requirements into solutionso Participate in code reviews peer learning and platform upgradeso Provide documentation and technical knowledge transfer Required Qualifications 35 years of handson ServiceNow development experience 2 years working with ServiceNow Software Asset Management SAM Strong proficiency in JavaScript Glide API AngularJS Jelly HTML CSS Experience with ServiceNow data structures tables CMDB relationships Handson experience with APIs web services and integration frameworks RESTSOAP JSON XML IntegrationHub MID Server Familiarity with AgileScrum delivery and version control Git DevOps pipelines Strong understanding of software licensing models compliance and SaaS spend optimization Ability to work independently on complex tasks and deliver quality solutions Ability to make smart informed assumptions Ability to articulate key design features to stakeholders Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SAM Knowledge of ITAM ITSM and CMDB best practicesFamiliarity with cloudSaaS licensing models Azure AWS GCP
