Raisoni Education is hiring for a Professor of Business Administration (MBA)


Location: Nagpur, Pune, Amravati


Position Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Professor of Business Administration with 10+ years of academic and professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong record in teaching, research, and leadership within the field of business education. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of the MBA program and engage in impactful research.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach MBA courses, including core subjects and specialized electives.
  • Conduct and lead research in business disciplines such as management, marketing, finance, or entrepreneurship.
  • Publish research in reputable journals and contribute to the academic community.
  • Mentor MBA students and junior faculty.
  • Participate in department leadership, curriculum development, and university committees.


Qualifications:

  • An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per the criteria.
  • A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and/or research experience at an equivalent level at the University/National level institutions/industries with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidate.
  • Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and the technology-mediated teaching-learning process.


Preferred:

  • Experience with interdisciplinary research or global business issues.
  • Leadership roles in academia.
