Sales Executive- IVF

About the Role:

  • The incumbent shall manage IVF product sales, maintain relationships with doctors and technicians, and update the database of embryologists and clinicians.
  • They will prepare reports, travel as needed, and use CRM/SAP for order management.
  • Additionally, they will provide support throughout the sales process, including conducting demos and offering post-sale assistance.


Experience: 3 to 7 Years


Location: Multiple Location: Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai


Qualifications:

  • A Science Graduate/Post Graduate (Bachelors of Science/Masters of Science)
  • B.Tech (Biotechnology/Biomedical) are preferred


Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve overall sales and brand wise targets within an assigned territory for IVF equipment like micromanipulators, CO2 incubators, laminar flow systems, microscopes, etc.
  • Manage customer interactions and maintain strong relationships with embryologists and clinicians in IVF Labs.
  • Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and conduct competitors analysis.
  • Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and execute sales strategies for the territory.
  • Use CRM and SAP for managing product and customer related information.
  • Prepare a monthly travel plan and report daily activity updates to the reporting manager.
  • Work closely with the service and application team to support customer query resolution.


Job Specification:

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication & Presentation Skills.
  • Strong technical and product knowledge of micromanipulators, incubators, laminar flow systems, and microscopes.
  • In-depth understanding of IVF equipment & consumables markets.
  • Hands-on experience of using G Suits, MS Office, CRM, and SAP software.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
  • Positive attitude with good team player skills.


Skills:

  • Having Core experience in selling research equipment, specifically IVF equipment will be a big plus.
