Job Description:


  1. Should offer end to end IT infrastructure and Network Administration
  2. Should be dealing with fault-ticket (Service-Now), in co-ordination with Customer, application team or device vendor to resolve issues
  3. Should be dealing with various vendors & troubleshooting of various Network related issues.
  4. Technical Support and Fault Management/troubleshooting for Network routing/switching, Wireless and SDWAN.
  5. Ensure full support and active participation in IT team activities and initiatives.
  6. Possess comprehensive understanding of LAN, WAN, WAN Protocols(BGP, OSPF), TCP/IP, Networking devices administration, switching and Transmission concepts.
  7. Comprehensive understanding on SDWAN and intermediate level experience on troubleshooting SDWAN issues.
