Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Junior Engineer/GTE Engineer to join our team, specializing in Cleanroom HVAC projects and manufacturing. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in both the project and production aspects of HVAC systems, ensuring their successful implementation and performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and gain valuable experience in both engineering and manufacturing.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Cleanroom Project Planning and Design:

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to plan and design Cleanroom systems for various projects, considering factors such as building requirements, energy efficiency, and budget constraints.
  • Utilize CAD software and design tools to create detailed schematics, layouts, and specifications for equipment and systems.

Manufacturing Process Optimization:

  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes for cleanroom components and systems, with a focus on improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining of manufacturing operations to enhance overall productivity and competitiveness.

Equipment Selection and Procurement:

  • Assist in the selection and procurement of cleanroom equipment and components, evaluating factors such as performance, reliability, and cost.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for manufacturing and construction activities.

Quality Control and Assurance:

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality and reliability in both manufacturing and installation.
  • Conduct inspections and performance tests on cleanroom systems and components to verify compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.

Project Coordination and Management:

  • Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure smooth execution of cleanroom projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare technical documentation, including project reports, manufacturing specifications, and quality control documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including design changes, manufacturing processes, and installation details.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cleanroom engineering and manufacturing.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to drive continuous growth and competitiveness.


 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in HVAC, MEP, Cleanroom engineering or manufacturing preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and MEP/HVAC design tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
