Role Overview:


As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, effective store management, and dynamic social media engagement. You will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation. Your responsibilities will span across customer interactions, inventory management, billing, accounts, and digital marketing initiatives.


Expected Salary - Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Customer Service:


 - Exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.


 - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.


 - Collaborate with clients to understand their style preferences and provide personalized fashion recommendations.


Store Management:


 - Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.


 - Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.


 - Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.


Leadership & Team Development:


 - Foster a positive and fashionable work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth.


 - Assist in training and developing store staff to enhance performance and customer engagement.


 Digital Marketing:


 - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic both online and offline.


 - Create engaging content for social media channels, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital platforms.


 - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.


 - Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our digital presence.


Administrative Tasks:


 - Oversee billing and accounts management to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.


 - Coordinate with back-end operations for seamless store processes.


Qualifications:


- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-end fashion boutique or multi-designer store.


- Degree in Fashion Designing, Merchandising, Styling, or a related field.


- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.


- Proven sales track record and leadership skills.


- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.


- Strong understanding of retail operations and adaptability to fast-paced environments.


Working Schedule


- Working days: Monday to Saturday


- Working hours: 10:45 am to 8 pm


- Location - Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata
