As a Senior Fusion SCM Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management applications for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, configure the software, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful solution deployment. Your deep understanding of supply chain processes and Fusion SCM modules will be instrumental in driving efficient and effective solutions

Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Masters Degree

Mandatory Skills

Modules:

❖ Purchasing

❖ Procurement Contracts

❖ Sourcing

❖ Supplier portal cloud services

❖ Inventory


Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

At least 8 to 12 years of total experience in Fusion Supply Chain Management

Have Extensive work experience on Cloud Procure to Pay, Order to Cash flows and other modules within Fusion Cloud Applications

At least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably in Banking and Financial Services domain

Map client requirements against Oracle Procurement Modules

Experience in one or more modules in Procurement Suite covering Purchasing, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management, Inventory and Enterprise Asset Management is a must

Fusion SCM Cloud functional expertise in Procurement, Sourcing, Service Contract, Approval Management, Inventory Management and Enterprise Asset Management


❖ Should be able to interpret functional requirements in client BRDs and create Future Process Documents (FPDs) and Functional Design Documents (FDDs)

❖ Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and extensive experience on configuration of the modules and excellent client facing skills.

❖ Should be well experienced in migration activities

❖ Should be knowledgeable on Integration activities and aware of how tools like OIC are leveraged

❖ Should be able to configure Reports using BIP / OTBI / etc

❖ Design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion

❖ Requirement gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies

❖ Participate in design reviews and discussions

❖ Capable of handling Solution Design / Functional Fit - Gap / Testing sessions

❖ Assist business user during CRPs / SITs / UATs

❖ Prepare test scripts and test cases

❖ Experience in the BFSI domain will be an advantage


Other Competencies / Skills:

•Excellent communication skills – written & verbal, mandatory.

•Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.

•Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.

•Any experience with integrating with a Core Banking System would be an advantage.

•Collaborating with team members to ensure successful implementation of solution.
