Position Overview:


We are seeking a Vice President of Strategy to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the company. Reporting directly to the founders, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan, in alignment with the CEO and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with department heads to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the development of business cases and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive the execution of key initiatives, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and support on a wide range of business matters.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and functional areas, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication of priorities.
  • Oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving results. Fintech background preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving organizational change.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
