Role Description

Seclude Hotels Home Style, based in New Delhi, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a highly motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. As an Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operational activities while contributing to project management, procurement, logistics, vendor management, inventory management, and effective communication across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring of vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

·      Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors, continuously evaluating their performance.

·      Handle purchasing and inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.

·      Assist with event preparations, including organizing décor, installing sound systems, and ensuring readiness before the event.

·      Conducting property inspection by collaborating with property managers to ensure that room and area inspection, staff grooming is done regularly and CCTV and wifi is functioning at regular intervals.

·      Perform checks at Head Office to make sure the office properties are in good shape and is there any need for replacement or repairs.

 

Qualifications

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operations and project management.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for sales.

·       Highly detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Passionate about the hospitality industry, with a proactive approach to learning.

·       Graduated with a degree program in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

·       Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
