We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a night shift position based in Dombivli East, Mumbai.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely solutions to meet their staffing requirements.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Ensure contracts are executed accurately and promptly.
  • Self-Motivation & Initiative:
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Stay motivated to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • CRM & Software Proficiency:
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
  • Females preferred who are willing to work from the office.
  • Residing within Dombivli, Thane, Kalyan, Ulhasnagar, or Navi Mumbai.
