Location: Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Eastern Uttar Pradesh

Department: Admissions

Reports To: Director - Admissions

Are you passionate about student outreach and enrollment growth? We're seeking a Manager/Senior Manager - Admissions Outreach to drive strategic initiatives and strengthen relationships with consultants, schools, and colleges across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional outreach strategies to boost enrollments.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and consultants.
  • Organize career counseling sessions and participation in Education Fairs.
  • Achieve and exceed enrollment targets while assessing outreach effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor regional outreach teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in admissions, outreach, or educational marketing.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
