Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns that align with RAed’s marketing objectives and client needs.
- Tool Expertise: Utilize Mailchimp and other email marketing platforms efficiently for campaign setup, database management, and performance tracking.
- Data Management: Organize, segment, and maintain email databases to ensure optimal campaign performance and audience targeting.
- Template Design: Design visually compelling, responsive, and effective email templates that engage recipients and drive conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions; provide insights to enhance future campaigns.
- Creativity: Bring innovative ideas to campaigns, ensuring standout strategies and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and impactful email campaigns.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM to maintain high deliverability and reputation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in email marketing, with proficiency in Mailchimp and other email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make informed recommendations.
- Creative flair for designing engaging email templates and content.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Knowledge of email automation, A/B testing, and personalization techniques.
- Familiarity with drip campaigns and audience segmentation strategies.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
