Requirements:

High-Level List of Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
o Responsible for the secure and organized handling of sensitive customer data, including identification documents.
o Efficiently extract and analyze credit reports to assess credit risk based on historical repayments and current debts.
2. Financial Assessment:
o Request and evaluate customer statements of position to comprehensively understand assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
o Utilize Excel and various tools to accurately calculate borrowing power based on financial data.
3. Application Preparation:
o Follow varied checklists provided by different banks to create loan applications.
o Input precise and relevant information into online CRM systems for loan applications.
4. Document Administration:
o Organize and format loan documents in a clear and understandable manner.
o Submit required documentation for loan processing and ensure completeness.
5. Compliance and Confidentiality:
o Adhere strictly to regulatory and company policies regarding customer data and confidentiality.
o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all operations.
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and changes in loan application processes.
o Propose process enhancements and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
