The Founders’ Office is where the magic happens. It’s the beating heart of the company, driving key strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution across all areas of growth. Qualifications

95% or above in Class XII board exams—because we believe in excellence at every stage.

A postgraduate qualification in any field (MBA is welcome but not mandatory).

A willingness to work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day—this is for the relentless, not the faint-hearted.

Prior internship or work experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.


The Journey

Phase 1: Prove Your Potential (First 3–6 Months)

Intense Bootcamp: Work full-time from our Sector 18, Noida office, committing 12 hours a day, 6 days a week (sometimes seven).

Unpaid, High-Stakes Challenge: This is the most gruelling phase where you’ll be coached to deliver real business results. Only those who can consistently produce outcomes will advance.

Phase 2: Acceleration (Next 6 Months)

Prolific Output: Take everything you’ve learned and scale your impact by producing outstanding business results.

Learn to Lead: Master the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) framework and develop the skills to become an exceptional business leader.

Compensation: Candidates advancing to this phase will receive a monthly stipend of ₹50,000.

Phase 3: Leadership and Wealth Creation (Year 2 Onwards)

Lead Major Initiatives: Drive critical projects that shape GoodSpace.ai's future.

Generous Compensation: Earn an annual package of up to ₹24 LPA, based on your performance.

Build Wealth: Receive industry-leading ESOPs, setting you on a path to substantial financial success in less than three years.

Global Leadership: By the end of this phase, you’ll not only be a leader at Goodspace.ai but someone capable of leading any company to success.
