As we embark on a path of rapid growth for upcoming travel season, we seek a talented Part-Time/ Full Time Sales and Business Development professional with a deep passion for the travel industry, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in business growth.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential vendors and travel service providers.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with Travokarma.
  • Utilize CRM automation and other sales tools to manage and streamline the onboarding process.
  • Conduct sales calls to onboard vendors, ensuring they meet the company's standards and requirements.
  • Maintain and update sales records and vendor information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on progress and performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of CRM automation and experience with sales tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and organize sales calls.
  • Passion for the travel industry and an understanding of its dynamics.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.


Compensation:

  • Variable compensation based on the number of leads onboarded on the platform.
