Creating a design outline and coordinating with the clients to ensure it aligns with their expectations2. Reviewing the design with the clients, incorporating their feedbacks and assessing the designs and to ensure that it meets with project goals and objectives3. Oversees multiple projects and ensure their timely completion and within the set budget while meeting the highest quality standards. This requires effective project scoping, resource allocation and budgeting4. Communicating the design outline to the team, preparing project deliverables, setting timelines and delegating tasks5. The ability to think creatively, propose innovative design ideas for different tasks6. Prioritizing tasks by identifying ones that are critical or have strict deadlines7. Delegating task effectively amongst team members8. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials9. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including sales, product development and operations10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously11.
