Job Summary:

 

We're seeking a skilled Quality Engineering Process Specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions for our Property Management SaaS platform. You'll develop, implement, and maintain quality engineering processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and maintain quality engineering processes and procedures for software development, testing, and deployment.

2. Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to integrate quality processes.

3. Design and implement automated testing strategies, ensuring coverage of critical workflows.

4. Develop and maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems.

5. Conduct risk-based testing, identifying and mitigating potential issues.

6. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.

7. Participate in agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

8. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

9. Train personnel on quality processes and procedures.

10. Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve customer-reported issues.

  

Requirements: 

 

1. 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, or related field.

2. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (Agile, Waterfall).

3. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

4. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (AWS).

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and quality management tools.

7. Certification in quality engineering, software testing, or equivalent.

 

Nice to Have: 

 

1. Experience with Property Management software or SaaS solutions.

2. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

3. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

4. Certification in cloud security (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty).
