Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the Investment banking or Capital market domain to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking operations and technology, along with strong analytical skills to drive business solutions.


Responsibilities:


• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in various departments, including operations, finance, risk management, and IT.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of banking industry trends, regulations, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop detailed business cases, project plans, and requirements documentation to support the implementation of new systems or process enhancements.

• Work closely with software developers, QA testers, and other IT professionals to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project status, gather feedback, and make recommendations to senior management.

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and coordinate with end users to validate system functionality and ensure a seamless transition to production.

• Provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of new systems and processes.

Act as a subject matter expert on banking operations, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
