Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources (databases, surveys, logs, APIs, etc.).

  • Build and manage databases and data systems as needed.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Analyze data sets to identify trends, correlations, and insights.
  • Perform data mining to support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

Business Intelligence:

  • Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Translate business questions into data analysis tasks.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.

Data Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing key findings and metrics.
  • Present results to stakeholders, using data visualization tools to tell a clear and compelling story.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business performance.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously seek ways to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in data analytics.
  • Recommend new data sources, tools, or techniques to improve the accuracy and speed of analysis.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).


Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Experience working with large datasets and database management systems.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel & SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Looker,Zoho CRM & Analytics.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and data querying.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, or AI techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for data storage and analysis.
  • Experience working in specific industries (e.g., Sales, Edtech, marketing) is a plus.
