GCC Vision
YASH has been a strong player in GCC landscape and has been operating as a trusted partner in Captive / GCCs for its global customers. YASH leadership has renewed it's focus on GCC as a new Business Unit led by a VP level leader. We are planning for aggressive growth in GCC market and putting a strong foundation for local / regional leadership for market development, lead-gen and new customer acquisition.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Leader(Designation based on seniority of the candidate) at YASH Technologies Bangalore and Pune offices. As a business development leader, your understanding of broad business processes and your depth of technical understanding of IT Services makes you a perfect candidate to understand customer business processes, identify their problem areas and help solve those problems using YASH Technologies service offerings.
You will undergo an extensive YASH technology services training program and will be actively coached / mentored in YASH Account Management and Sales methodologies. You will be assigned to a specific market and will be responsible for few existing customers and expected to acquire new customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM subjects. Postgraduate degree in business (MBA) preferred.
- Strong understanding and awareness of IT services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Thorough understanding of GCC / Captive market and customer needs
- Experience in selling to GCC / Captive units / related industry with strong demonstration of transferable sales skills
- Knowledge of back end talent supply chain and local market trends / talent availability etc is plus
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of digital transformation trends and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
