The primary responsibilities include managing and overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient execution of business processes, and assisting in optimizing workflow. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth process management while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Additional responsibilities may include providing excellent support to clients and contributing to process improvement initiatives.Roles and Responsibilities:Proficiency in Operations and the ability to manage workflows efficientlyStrong Interpersonal Skills and Communication expertise for effective collaboration and client interactionAbility to solve complex operational challengesCustomer Service skills to deliver client-focused supportUnderstanding and analyzing client requirements for different Data and Research projectsManaging projects independently and delivering them on time with high qualityHandling standard documentation and maintaining clear communication with clientsRequirements:1–2 years of experience in the same fieldExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalProficiency in ExcelCompetitive salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per monthProviding Night Allowances Location - Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Onsite)EST Shift - 6:00 PM - 3:00 PM Work Schedule - Monday to FridayImmediate joiner
