**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of growth marketing strategies to drive new Client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and track results.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on target segments.
- Analyze the data to measure the impact.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Maintain frequent communication and follow-up with clients.
- Organizing regular meetings and handling client communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers can also apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Skill -**
- Strong Verbal & Written English communication
- English(required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
