Loan Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee our Lending Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring efficient processing of loan applications, and maintaining high levels of customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of lending processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of loan processors and underwriters.
o Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
o Conduct training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with current policies and procedures.
o Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Operational Oversight:
o Oversee the end-to-end loan processing, from application to disbursement.
o Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
o Handle escalations and resolve complex loan processing issues.
Quality Assurance:
o Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation.
o Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of service delivery.
o Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and reduce risk.
Customer Service:
o Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication with clients.
o Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
o Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
Reporting:
o Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, loan processing times, and other operational metrics.
o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving processes and achieving business objectives.
