9-12 yrs exp - Salesforce Developer – Technical Lead, coordinating the small technical team in partnership with Product Owner(s) to assess requirements, conduct feasibility/impact analysis, design response, development/test/deploy software solutions. => must be expert salesforce developer7-9 yrs exp - Salesforce Developer – Work within a small technical team to assess requirements, conduct feasibility/impact analysis, design response, development/test/deploy software solutions. => must be very advanced salesforce developersSupport for KTBR, KTBE, Consulting, Requirements Development, Configuration and Code Development, Dev Ops-CI/CD, QA Testing on the current PARIS Salesforce Org including integration touchpoint to adjacent owned systems such as ELM, TULIP, RSF and enterprise data systems provided by IT (PO/Invoicing, Contracts, AGS, Mulesoft, Apigee, Azure, etc)Technical Debt Discovery and Remediation EffortsPlatform Optimization based on researched Salesforce and Intel BKMsUnderstand business requirements in collaboration with Intel project team and business stakeholdersDeliver scope in collaboration with Product Owner and StakeholdersDevelop customer portal user experience enhancementsPlan and Conduct Unit, Functional and end to end integration testingDevelop and adapt a team scrum model in partnership with the product owner(s)/Intel project leadDevelop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow BuilderConfigure and maintain Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data integrityOptimize existing case management, opportunity management, customer portal, knowledge, and omnichannel routingBuild and maintain both standard reports and dashboards as well as CRM Analytics dashboards, recipes and datasetsCreate and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rulesIntegrate Salesforce with third-party and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs/Mulesoft or other middlewareDevelop Einstein Insights and Actions to optimize user adoptionProvide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, stabilization and system documentation
