The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions that align with business requirements and enhance our banking operations.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.Customize and configure nCino components to support lending, onboarding, and other banking processes.Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL queries, and security models.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Ensure system security and data integrity through robust configuration and coding practices.Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed features.Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.Required Skills & Experience:Strong experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, Security Model).Hands-on experience with nCino configuration and customization.Proven exposure to banking or financial services domain (preferably commercial or retail banking).Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Salesforce and/or nCino certifications are a plus.Good to Have:Experience working in Agile environments.Knowledge of DevOps tools for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, etc.).Experience with third-party integrations in banking ecosystems.
