Job Description:

As a Full Stack Developer at Practic-Alt you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our SaaS projects. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on WordPress and PHP.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using WordPress and PHP.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create visually appealing and user friendly interfaces.
  • Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices.
  • Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, and perform thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies to continually improve our projects.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 
  • Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, Bootstrap, JQuery, PHP
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
  • Knowledge of database management and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality code.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other web frameworks and CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of web security best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with front-end libraries and frameworks (e.g.,JQuery, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
