Job Description:-

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Laravel, ReactJS and experience in the HRMS domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Laravel and ReactJS.

• API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect various services and ensure smooth data flow.

• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

• Front-End Development: Build responsive user interfaces with ReactJS, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Back-End Development: Implement server-side logic and maintain the core application framework using Laravel.

• HRMS Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of HRMS systems to develop features related to employee management, payroll, attendance, performance evaluation, and other HR processes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.

• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains modern and efficient.

Required Qualifications:-


Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.


Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Full Stack web development.


Technical Skills:-

• Proficient in Laravel.

• Strong experience with ReactJS and front-end development.

• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.


Nice To Have:-

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Vue.js, Angularjs).

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
