  • OTB planning & management
  • Seasonal assortment planning at category and sub-category level
  • Product pricing & gross margin planning
  • Closely monitoring inwards and allocations to ensure rapid stock churn
  • Conducting sell-through analysis at style & size level for future product planning
  • Steering promo planning and analysis
  • Monitoring GM% and P&L to ensure bottom line target is achieved
  • Overseeing net week cover and forward week cover to ensure optimum stock level is maintained to attain top-line targets
  • Administering stock ageing and outlining liquidation plan


Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements


  • Knowledge on Sales planning, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Discounting, Stakeholder Management & Inventory Management
  • 10+ years’ experience as a Planner in Retail or E-Commerce space
