We are Looking for Replenishment Executive / Demand Planning profile

Location: Mumbai Mahalaxmi (candidates from Mumbai only apply)

Experience - 2 to 4 years ONLY



Work Responsibilities

  1. Planning & Business Analysis:
  2. Works closely with vendors and category managers to come with an in-stock plan for a particular category.
  3. Closely monitors the business metrics and alters the plan as required.
  4. Maintain the OTB budget (Open to Buy) and improve the inventory turns ratio. Reduce the stock out scenario.
  5. Drives in stock, inventory turns, and supply chain improvements for assigned business unit and category.
  6. Translates data analysis into decision recommendation. Understands academic concepts of supply chain optimization
  7. Customer & Operational Need: - Understands how key in stock metrics integrate with broader business metrics to deliver optimal customer experience.
  8. Identifies cost reduction and waste removal opportunities and proposes specific solutions.
  9. Track daily pending order and be responsive to customer requirement.
  10. Strategic & operational Planning: - Translates the operational strategy into day-to-day decisions and opportunity identification.
  11. Works effectively with team members within the category and in external support functions to execute on strategic objectives
  12. Vendor Management: Acts as key point of contact between warehouse, supply chain, and vendors.
  13. Educates and integrates new vendors on operational requirements (e.g. PO Handling, Shipping) to reinforce highest standards.
  14. Influences vendor operational performance management and improvement (e.g., Fill Rates, Excess, shortages, material replacements)
  15. People Management: - Establishes network within organization; begins to build internal and external networks.
  16. Works closely across categories to drive improvements and efficiencies in the system.
  17. Good team player.

Skills Required:

  1. Clearly demonstrated process-orientation and structured, organised thinking, excellent analytical ability.
  2. Hard working and fast learning capabilities.
  3. Qualification – BE / B. Sc / MBA (Operations or Logistics or Supply Chain Management)
