  • Log and track all incoming and outgoing claims
  • Forward claim to relevant operations desk
  • Notify counterparty of claim receipt (with standard wording)
  • Manage Time Bars on Claims and inform operations accordingly
  • Log settled claims and keep KPI’s
  • Monthly reporting on KPI’s and each operators value add to claims (reduction on original claims and claims re-invoiced)


Role Outline:

The Claims Dispatch Analyst is responsible for efficiently managing the dispatch process of claims, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to appropriate teams or individuals. This role involves analysing claim details, coordinating with various departments, and utilizing systems to track and manage the flow of claims. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Claims Dispatch Analyst will assist in managing claims and generating value-add KPIs for each operator. While this is an entry-level position, the analyst must be able to work independently and accurately, reporting directly to the Global Head of Operations. The information provided must be concise, accurate, and timely.
