What We Need

We're looking for a SEO & Growth Hacker Associate who can tell our story and help people understand how brands and projects. You'll be responsible for creating content that connects with our audience and shows how are brands are different.

What You'll Do

SEO:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking for search engine visibility.
  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
  • Generate reports on organic search performance, traffic growth, and rankings.

Growth Hacking:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to acquire and retain customers. Create social programming plans and research audits including (and not limited to) content strategy plans, competition research briefs and digital audits.
  • Analyze user data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • A/B test marketing tactics, product features, and conversion funnels.
  • Optimize customer acquisition channels and enhance user experience (UX).
  • Create viral marketing campaigns and referral programs to drive rapid growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to align growth initiatives with business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of SEO & Growth Hack experience
  • Skills in understanding how content can drive business growth
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience in Community Management and use of social media analytic tools.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools (preferred).
  • Fluent English is a must
