Role & responsibilities


  • Communicate with Internal Stakeholders to get a clear view of their hiring needs.
  • Determining selection criteria.
  • 'Adhere to TATs and fulfil the requisition as per timelines.
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
  • Manages the recruiting team for the assigned region.
  • Follow-up references and check status of candidate pipeline.
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries and maintain trackers.
  • Liaise with vendors as per required roles.
  • Research and develop recruiting leads.
  • Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Works closely with recruiting managers in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on national-level initiatives.

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Preferred candidate profile


  • Candidates with atleast 8 years plus experience in handling recruitment for support functions
  • Hands on experience on MS Excel, and Outlook.
